The purpose of this study is to investigate the current and various practices used in the management of the maintenance budget determination by the Government of Malaysia in particular by the Public Works Department or the local authority and the challenges faced by the maintenance contractor in the project. Prosedur kerja adalah serangkaian tata kerja yang saling berkaitan satu sama lain sehingga menunjukan adanya suatu urutan tahap demi tahap dan jalan yang harus di tempuh dalam rangka untuk menyelesaikan suatu bidang tugas tertentu.
